Bet you Passover never looked so delicous!
Potato Latkes With A Schmear
If you're craving that bagel with a schmear, let these savory latkes satisfy your cream cheesy desires.
I dare you to take one bite of this and not scarf down the rest. It's the perfect brunch!
Rocky Road Macaroons
Macaroons are my favorite part of Passover. Mixing in melted chocolate, melted marshmallows and almond extract made these extra yummy and even more addicting—if that's even possible cause you know I'll eat every single macaroon in a pile of them doesn't matter how big that pile is. Bring on a mountain of them!
Buttermilk Maple Potato Latke
Make them buttermilk and cover them with maple, they are potato "pancakes" after all!
Matzoh Chicken Fingers
I would say that these are awesome for the kiddos but no kids saw these, I devoured them the second I placed my camera down. Also, they are great for adding to other dishes. I added them to my Mat'chos recipe and they took it to the next level. I'm already picturing them on top of salads. So good!
The fifth question: Why is this guide different from all other guides?
Answer: It's a super dope combination of what you would consider Passover recipes—you know, things made with matzoh and such—and an array of regular recipes that are safe to cook for the holiday.
Sorry in advance, this year your dreams for that Jewish diet are just that, dreams. This year is going to be way more delicious than the last! Starting with this play on nachos where the chips are replaced with pieces of matzoh. It's awesome!
