24 Brownie Bite


Unsalted Butter (1 Stick, Room Temperature Cut Into Chunks, Plus Extra For Coating Your Cupcake Pan)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3/4 Cup)

White Sugar (1 1/4 Cups)

Chocolate Syrup (2 Tbsp)

Whole Milk (1/4 Cup)

Eggs (2)

All-Purpose Flour (1/2 Cup)

Coarse Sea Salt



Medium Mixing Bowl (One That Fits In Your Sauce Pan)

Pot Holder

Rubber Spatula

Electric Hand Mixer

Mini Cupcake Pan



HOW TO MAKE YOUR BROWNIE BITES. preheat your oven to 350°.

Fill your saucepan with water roughly a 1 1/2 inches high.

Rest your empty mixing bowl inside of your saucepan.

Add your cocoa powder, chunks of butter and sugar into your mixing bowl in your saucepan.

Turn your heat to medium-high and stir your chocolate mixture until all of your ingredients are fully integrated and have transformed into a thick silky batter.

Using an oven mitt, carefully take your bowl out of the saucepan and place it on your trivet on your counter.

Use your electric hand mixer to beat in your eggs, whole milk, chocolate syrup, and flour.

Grease your cupcake pan with butter.

Use your tablespoon to fill cupcake pan 3/4 of the way full with your brownie batter.

Sprinkle your coarse sea salt over your brownie batter.

Bake for 12 minutes—or till when you dip a toothpick into the center of the brownie, only crumbs and no batter appear on your toothpick.

Let cool for 3 minutes before removing from your cupcake pan.
