Eggnog Pie

There’s no doubt about it when the winter holidays come around, it’s all about the desserts, well, that, and the nog. Put the two together and the holidays have become even more magical!

What I love about pies for the holidays is that my crust recipe makes enough for three pie crusts. That means you can freeze what dough you have left over and use it to make this pie again for your another one of your amazing holiday parties! There is never enough International Delight Vanilla Nog pie!

Picture it with me, a roaring fire, plush sweater clad family, and a perfect looking dessert table off in the distance where you find yourself rubbing your eyes to take a second look because your nog pie has a beautiful glow about it—the star of the table!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

BAKE TIME: 1 hour

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour 5 minutes


1 Pie


Homemade Pie Crust (1)

White Sugar (3/4 cup)

Eggs (4)

Bourbon (1 Oz—I used Buffalo Trace)

International Delight Vanilla Nog (1 1/2 cups)

Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)

Confectioners Sugar (optional)


Large Mixing Bowl


Pie Pan

Baking Sheet (optional)

Sifter (optional)

TO MAKE AND FILL YOUR PIE. preheat your oven to 350°.

Put your pie shell filled pie pan on your baking sheet to make moving your pie around super easy.

Whisk together your sugar, eggs, bourbon, International Delight Nog, nutmeg and vanilla in your mixing bowl until you have a smooth and even consistency.

Pour it in your pie shell.

Bake for 60 minutes

Let cool before serving.

Once cooled, I sifted confectioners over my pie to give it an even more holiday-y feel.
