Fig And Ricotta Chocolate Toast


I made this. Demolished it with friends. And, man, so had to share it!

PS. If you're also a chocoholic...you're welcome.


1. TO MAKE YOUR TOAST. preheat your oven to 400°.

Halve your chocolate bread and place it on your baking sheet cut side up.

Bake till toasted—about 5 minutes

Use your butter knife to spread your ricotta liberally over your chocolate toast.

Sprinkle on salt and pepper.

Stick your fig halves face up into your ricotta.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Sprinkle on your thyme.
