Oolong Tea Berry Oatmeal

I had so much fun being a featured influencer on The Dr. Oz Show! Beyond having lots of fun, I learned quite a bit about giving my body the nutrients and TLC it needs on a regular basis, what the show is coining #MyRegimen. Oh, yes, I took some of that knowledge and applied it to make a simple, clean, so not time consuming and way delicious breakfast. Start the day along with me on a beautiful healthy note! Ooh, and check out The Dr. Oz App for more healthy recipes and great tips.

Shout out to my girl Michelle at Brush & Inc for these amazing customized Coffee And Champagne napkins that she made for me! So much love!
