Rotisserie Chicken (1, pulled)

Mayonnaise (2 tbsp)

Radishes (2, sliced)

Fresh Dill (2 1/2 tbsp, roughly chopped)

Red Seedless grapes (20-ish)

Dried Cranberries (3 tbsp)

Chives (1 tbsp, chopped)

Red Onion (1/4 finely chopped)

Salt and Pepper to taste


Large Mixing Bowl

Rubber Spatula

TO MAKE YOUR ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SALAD. in your large mixing bowl, combine your pulled rotisserie chicken, radishes, fresh dill, red seedless grapes, dried cranberries, chives, and red onion.


Using your rubber spatula, mix your ingredients together.


Fold in your mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.


Put on bread and eat!
