Cheers to the café you’ll love a latte!

Where coffee lover’s haven meets fashion maven’s mecca is Felix Coffee Co. Designed by famed interior designer Ken Fulk, in Midtown, this café has an upscale millennial pink richness that you don’t often find in the hustle and bustle of the East 30s neighborhood typically known for its grab-and-go lunches and handful of restaurants suitable for after work dinners. From the copper dome resting high above the carved wooden oval barista bar, this, this is a café you are going to want to be seen sitting in.

Sure it’s good enough that the space is stunning but it’s the actual coffee and not-to-mention Supermoon Bakehouse pastries brought in daily will keep you coming back in regularly. These are more than the average cup of joe and croissant! It’s the attention to detail.

The made-to-order beverage Hickory-Smoked S’mores Latte at Felix is a hands down showstopper. With the amount of work that goes into creating each custom element incorporated into the martini glass clad beverage it’s no wonder why they mix only fifteen of them a day (each going for $13). Once you know what goes into it, you’ll understand. The listed ingredients include espresso, homemade graham cracker milk—made by steeping graham crackers in whole milk for twenty-four hours and then straining out any remnants—70% dark chocolate, cinnamon, house-made salted caramel marshmallow stoked on a hand whittled twigs from the city’s flower district and then torch smoked to order over hickory chips there is seriously nothing quite like this latte out there. Trust me, you want to get your hands on one (or the daily allotted fifteen),

Insider’s tip: Do get to Felix Coffee Co. in the morning if you want to try the Hickory-Smoked S’mores Latte. By late day, the ten they craft daily are surely to be gone.
