Instructions

TO MAKE YOUR BANANA BREAD
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. In your stand mixer, use your paddle attachment to cream together your butter and sugar—about 2 minutes.
  3. Add bananas and eggs.
  4. Add vanilla and maple syrup.
  5. Add flour and baking soda.
  6. Grease your bread pan with your butter spray.
  7. Pour your batter into your bread pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
  9. Let cool in the bread pan to room temperature—about 1 hour.
TO MAKE YOUR MAPLE GLAZE
  1. Clean your stand mixer before starting this step.
  2. In your stand mixer using your whisk attachment, combine your powdered sugar, maple syrup, and whole milk. If you find that you need your mixture to be a little wetter, add a little bit more milk till you’ve found the right consistency.
  3. Pour your glaze over just the top of your banana bread (not the sides)
  4. Refrigerate until your glaze has hardened—about 30 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.lean your stand mixer before starting this step.
