This Pumpkin Maple Mimosa brings just enough autumn into your glass without overwhelming it. Somehow, it’s unexpected while still being completely familiar. Pumpkin purée gives the drink a gentle earthiness, maple syrup gives it warmth, and a hint of pumpkin spice gives it that fall flavor your palette will be hunting for (get my Pumpkin Spice Mix here, I love having it premixed and on hand). This cocktail is cozy but not heavy and festive without trying too hard. Honestly, it checks all of the same boxes that a classic mimosa does. Enjoy it during a crisp Sunday brunch and during the Fall holiday season.

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, vodka, maple syrup, and ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and the purée is fully blended.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass to remove any pulp or clumps.
  4. Top with chilled Prosecco.
