TO MAKE YOUR WHIPPED RICOTTA
  1. Scoop your ricotta into your food processor. Whip till smooth and fluffy which is about 1 minute.
  2. Spoon the whipped ricotta into a serving bowl, using the back of the spoon to create a swoosh or well in the center.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil around the well in the center and pour your honey directly into it.
  4. Sprinkle chopped roasted hazelnuts and rosemary over the honey.
  5. Sprinkle salt over everything.
  6. Serve with toasted baguette rounds for dipping or slathering. It's so fun to share with friends!
