If you’ve ever felt like going out in NYC and I don’t mean to dinner, I mean “going out” like dancing on couches and throwing back enough dranks to make the room keep spinning well after you’ve stopped moving, you surely know about the Dream Hotel Downtown and their PHD Rooftop Club/Bar. Or, maybe you’ve chilled out sipping a frosé poolside at The Beach, their exclusive summertime oasis. Either way, what you may not be fully aware of, perhaps due to stumbling out at the wee hours of the morning—no judgment, I’m proud of ya!—is that they opened a new Cali styled café in their lobby that’s serving up some awesomely fresh eats that certainly feel next level to the chill “counter service” effortless style they’ve created. Founded by the Tao Group, it departs quite aggressively from their dark clubby sexy aesthetic, in a great way!

CALI EATS X NYC = VIBES

With a strong focus on taking unique approaches to coffee including a Black and Tan that is a nitro cold brew with ice cream inside, how could I not be all about Nature Cafe?! Yeah, the coffee is good, but it’s the food that will keep you (and me) coming back time and time again. With fresh and flavorful dishes like their Cottage Cheese and Peach Toast, The California Burrito, and The Faroe Island Salmon there is a perfect dish for every mood and every time of day. 

Natura Café is open daily from 7AM – 9PM. Breakfast is served 7AM to 11AM, and their All-Day menu takes over from 11AM-9PM.
