BROWN BUTTER PUMPKIN BAKED BRIE

BAKED BRIE topped with pumpkin …

…oh, it’s so much more. While easy to make, this brie’s topping has a beautiful complexity. The juice from the pear melds seamlessly with the pumpkin purée to give the topping a dynamically deep flavor. Adding in the nuts for texture, the basil for an herbaceous touch, and the maple for a hint of sweetness makes for a delicious evenly balanced topping you’ll want to snag bite after bite of.

TO ASSEMBLE YOUR BAKED BRIE
  1. Spread your purée topping over your baked brie.
  2. Sprinkle your whole almond slices and pistachios down the middle of your baked brie.
  3. Drizzle your remaining maple syrup over everything.
  4. Eat warm and enjoy!
