TO MAKE YOUR GREMOLATA BEANS
  1. In your food processor, combine your parsley, lemon zest, garlic cloves, and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Over medium heat, heat your olive oil in your sauce pan.
  3. Add your cannellini beans.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour your parsley mixture over your beans. Mix together until hot—about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
