PARMESAN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

This is an easy, nearly effortless side, that will instantly become one of your weekly favorites. Incorporate it in a Thanksgiving spread or eat it on a regular Tuesday. It doesn’t matter. It’s so easy and so delicious. This parmesan cauliflower is a must.

TO MAKE YOUR PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER
  1. Preheat you 425º.
  2. Place your cauliflower on your baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle your olive oil evenly over your cauliflower.
  4. Season your cauliflower with salt and pepper. (Don't worry, you can season again at the end to your specific taste).
  5. Use your microplane to shave 3/4 of your parmesan over all of your cauliflower.
  6. Bake until golden with some darker spots—roughly 35 minutes. The underside that has been sitting on the baking sheet will be dark brown or even blackened.
  7. Take your cauliflower out of the oven and immediately shave the rest of your parmesan over your cauliflower. It will melt on top.
  8. Taste and add any additional salt and pepper to your liking.
