(PUMPKIN) SPICE UP YOUR LIFE!

I loved my Chocolate Chip Almond Energy Balls recipe so much that once I demolished all of the balls, I immediately had to make another batch. Having a little leftover pumpkin puree in my fridge, I couldn’t resist the urge to make pumpkin spiced balls. I mean it’s early October and I’ve already gone through a couple cans of the stuff, so I’m thinking I’m going to have it on hand quite often and this is such an easy recipe to use that excess on. PUMPKIN SPICE CHOCOLATE CHIP ENERGY BALLS

Instructions

TO MAKE YOUR ENERGY BALLS
  1. In your food processor, blend down your oats and pecans until they become a flour consistency.
  2. Add your figs and pulse until they are finely crumbled.
  3. Add your almond butter, pumpkin puree, agave, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Blend until you have a thick even mixture.
  4. Transfer your mixture to your mixing bowl.
  5. Fold in your chocolate morsels and raisins.
  6. Use your hands to roll 1 inch sized balls.
  7. Store your balls in your storage container.
  8. Refrigerate what you don’t eat immediately.
