TO MAKE YOUR YOGURT BARK
  1. Line a small sheet pan with wax paper or a silicone liner.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly to about one-fourth inch thickness.
  4. Artfully arrange the sliced strawberries and candy grapes (both halved and chopped) over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle the homemade granola in any gaps
  6. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Once frozen, lift the wax paper or liner from the pan and break the bark into playful, jagged shards.
